The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Phelps man following a custody dispute.
On Friday around 5:30 p.m. Robert Mazella, 25, was arrested when deputies found active warrants for his arrest stemming from a previous domestic incident.
Deputies were called there for a reported custody issue, but no further details about that incident were released.
He was taken into custody without incident and will answer the charges at a later date.
