The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of 19-year-old Tyler F. Wilson from Walworth following a domestic incident at his father’s residence on January 8. Wilson is accused of causing property damage during the altercation.
During the incident, Wilson allegedly kicked a hole in the wall of his father’s home. This act violated a “refrain from order of protection” served to Wilson on January 6, which prohibits criminal acts against his father and his property. Consequently, Wilson was arrested for criminal contempt and criminal mischief.
Wilson was processed at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and is scheduled to appear before the presiding judge at a Centralized Arraignment to answer the charges.
