Police arrested a Geneva resident following a complaint in the city.
Ivelisse Diaz-Lopez, 29, is accused of acting in a way that was determined to be dangerous to the physical or mental welfare of a child during an incident on January 8.
Additional details about the incident were not released.
However, Diaz-Lopez has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
