The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of an Auburn woman following a traffic complaint during the morning on January 9.
According to a news release, Jennifer Janas, 49, was arrested for aggravated DWI after a traffic complaint and subsequent traffic stop in Romulus.
Janas was traveling south on State Route 414 when she was observed by a citizen driving erratically. This report was confirmed by a deputy who subsequently responded to the area after their report.
A traffic stop was initiated, and Janas was found to have a BAC of 0.18%.
She was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges at a later date.
