The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Sodus man following a lengthy investigation.
Nathan Herbert, 42, of Sodus was arrested for obstruction, trespass, criminal use of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct, and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
The charges stem from an incident where a man was standing outside of a Williamson gas station – yelling at and asking patrons for alcohol.
He was taken into custody on January 7, according to deputies, who say he was issued appearance tickets for a later date.
