The Geneva Police Department reports the arrest of a city resident following an incident on January 6.
Police were called to Castle Street where they learned Benjamin Levine, 27, falsely reported an incident and obstructed officers from performing their duties.
Additional details about the incident were not released. However, Levine has been charged with falsely reporting an incident and obstruction.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
