Yates County has officially named Jessica Mullins as its County Administrator, dropping her interim title.
The appointment was confirmed during the county Legislature’s organizational meeting on Tuesday, the Finger Lakes Times reports.
Mullins, who was unanimously confirmed, previously serving as the county’s finance director, stepped in as the acting administrator in November after Nonie Flynn’s retirement.
Flynn, who had held the administrator position since 2018, was elected to the Yates County Legislature.
Mullins’ term as the Yates County Administrator is set for two years.
