Police arrested a Colden resident on a felony DWI charge after a traffic stop on West Gibson Street.
Scott Backhaus, 37, has been charged with felony DWI and unlicensed operation.
It was determined that Backhaus was intoxicated and had a revoked license at the time of the incident.
He was transported to the Ontario County jail for arraignment.
