The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a 36-year-old following a domestic incident.
On New Year’s Eve around 10 a.m. police arrested Aaron Ryrko, 36, of Seneca Falls for harassment, two counts of criminal mischief, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
One of the mischief charges was elevated to felony status, according to police.
While they didn’t share details of the incident in a publicly available report – an order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
Ryrko was transported to the Seneca County Jail for arraignment.
