ServU Credit Union is expanding its reach in Yates County with the groundbreaking of its new branch in Penn Yan, located at 102 Delano Place, adjacent to Carey’s Lumber and opposite the Keuka Outlet.
The project, led by Larry Foor and Associates for design and Iversen Construction of Gorham for construction, will feature a modern 5,000-square-foot facility.
Slated for completion by Fall 2024, the new branch will offer a full range of credit union services, incorporating the latest in banking technology.
The facility is designed to enhance customer convenience with two drive-thru lanes and a 24-hour drive-thru ATM. Upon opening, the branch is expected to create 5 to 6 new jobs in the area.
