The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office gave an update on a personal injury crash that happened Monday night at the intersection of State Route 96 and 251.
An SUV operated by Susan Carr, 55, of Victor was traveling east on Route 251 when a pickup truck operated by Courtney Bowser, 40, of Bloomfield was exiting a parking lot to head the same direction on Route 251.
Deputies said Bowser failed to yield the right of way to Carr and collided into the rear of the vehicle.
The collision resulted in Carr colliding with a third vehicle operated by Alexandra Ehle, 21, of Farmington.
The 21-year-old was the only person hospitalized following the crash. Bowser was cited for failing to yield the right of way.
