Deputies arrested an Ontario man following an investigation into a fraudulent check that was cashed at the Canandaigua National Bank.
Joshua Wallace, 40, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
He’s accused of using and cashing a forged personal check valued at $802.
He was already incarcerated at the Ontario County Jail when the new charges were brought. He will answer those in Victor Town Court, deputies said.
