The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office has reported the arrest of 21-year-old Riley J. Ververs from Pine Terrace, Town of Macedon, on charges of endangering the welfare of a child. The arrest followed an overdose incident involving Ververs and her roommate, which occurred in the presence of Ververs’ two-year-old son.
According to the sheriff’s office, the overdose incident witnessed by the child also involved cocaine and drug paraphernalia being within the child’s reach. The specific details of the overdose and the conditions leading to the presence of the substances in the child’s vicinity were not detailed in the report.
