Senator Pam Helming presented a New York State Senate Citation to Ray and Patti Ciancaglini at the recent Shields of Honor Gala held in support of the Geneva Police and Fire Departments, held at Ventosa Vineyards.
Ray was recognized for his leadership of The Second Impact, a non-profit dedicated to concussion awareness, his advocacy for young athletes, and his support for local law enforcement, firefighters and first responders.
Senator Helming said, “Ray has a fighting spirit that never quits. His leadership inspires all of us. Ray is a true champion and friend to members of law enforcement, fire fighters and first responders. I am honored to recognize Ray and his wife, Patti, with a NYS Citation Award.”
