Police arrested a 29-year-old Geneva man following an investigation into a violated court order.
Kieran Jackson, 29, of Geneva was charged with two count sof aggravated family offense, felonies, after an investigation into a court order.
Jackson is accused of violating the court order on two occasions.
Due to being convicted of a specified offense in the past five years – the new charges were elevated to felonies.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
