Ontario County proudly introduces its premier adult-use cannabis retail experience: the Finger Lakes Cannabis Growers Showcase. Organized by the region’s top cannabis e-commerce and delivery platform, Canterra, in collaboration with the Finger Lakes Cannabis Company, the showcase is set at 5 Railroad Street in Victor Village. Open Tuesdays through Sundays until the end of 2023, visitors can explore over 135 premium cannabis offerings, sourced from nearly 20 New York-based growers and processors.

Matthew Krupp, CEO & co-founder of Canterra, expressed enthusiasm for the venture, stating, “Our goal is to provide New Yorkers direct access to the state’s finest cannabis products while promoting economic growth.” The showcase promises to be a hub of education, dispelling industry myths and highlighting the dedication of local growers. Mark Byassee, co-founder of Finger Lakes Cannabis Company, emphasized the platform’s role in educating consumers about the cultivation process, the diversity of cannabis strains, and the significance of responsible consumption.

Victor’s Mayor, Gary Hadden, heralded the showcase’s opening as a landmark achievement following the prolonged journey to cannabis legalization in New York State. Lauding Canterra’s involvement, Hadden expressed optimism about the showcase’s positive impact on regional cannabis consumption. Kathy Rayburn, Director of Economic Development in Victor, also encouraged residents and visitors to immerse themselves in this progressive retail experience and partake in the broader discussions about the cannabis industry.
