The crash happened shortly after 12:20 p.m., according to first responders, who say a pickup truck being operated by John Zimmerman, 51, of Canandaigua was traveling east on State Route 96 when a sedan operated by Nicholas Campisi, 35, of Williamson was attempting to enter the roadway to head west.
