The indictment, revealed on October 20, charged Harriett with two counts each of second-degree kidnapping, second-degree assault, first-degree robbery, and second-degree robbery.

He is currently detained at the Tompkins County Jail.

Earlier on October 5, the Ithaca Police and the Ithaca-Tompkins Specialized Response Team had executed a search warrant at the said apartment, resulting in a pronounced police presence and multiple detentions.
