Joshua Czyz is running for Cayuga County Legislature, and he believes the County should play an integral role in the future direction of the community. That said, he wants to see a county government that walks a line between over-involvement and too hands off. Czyz talked about the biggest issues he’s hearing about from Cayuga County voters.
