Police in Geneva have arrested a 22-year-old Waterloo man following an indictment warrant covering several charges.
Isaiah Michal Cottman, 22, of Waterloo has been charged with first-degree sex abuse, third-degree incest, and third-degree rape following an investigation and grand jury indictment.
According to a news release, GPD said the investigation began in January 2023. He’s accused of sexually abusing a family member who was under the age of 14.
The investigation revealed that the abuse had been going on for several years.
Cottman will answer the charges at a later date.
