Deputies arrested a Manchester woman following an investigation at Walmart in Hopewell.
Mary Beth Orr, 60, was charged with falsifying business records after making a false entry into Walmart’s business records when she returned items in the spring.
The items had never been paid for.
She was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge at a later date.
