New mandatory journal requirements will also be discussed, in addition to other new rules and regulations affecting all New York State Notaries Public.

Four sample examinations are provided to every participant as a self-study aid for review after the seminar. Attendance at this seminar is a must for every applicant to properly prepare for the duties, authority and responsibilities of holding a New York State Notary Public commission. All participants will receive two books written by the speaker – Notary Public Register and Recordkeeping Protocols and Notary Public Handbook: A Guide for New York.

Piombino is the leading New York and national notary law and practice expert. Starting in 1987, he led the movement for notary education by designing and inaugurating the Notary Public Training Programs at over 35 State University of New York (SUNY) and City of New York (CUNY) colleges throughout New York State, including Alfred State College. He has personally prepared tens of thousands of people to pass the New York state proctored examination.
