The Turning Stone Resort and Casino in Verona is poised to inaugurate the NY Rec & Social Club, marking the beginning of its expansive $370 million development project.
Scheduled to open its doors on Wednesday, December 6, the NY Rec & Social Club, an upscale lounge and sportsbook, is the first major enhancement to the Exit 33 entertainment hub since its debut a decade ago.
Replacing the former LAVA space, the redesigned venue will blend the aesthetics of a speakeasy with modern amenities, boasting signature cocktails, a live DJ, and an array of entertainment options including blackjack, foosball, and billiards.
The lounge is set to accommodate nearly 200 patrons, with additional outdoor seating and an exclusive upper level for private functions. Ahead of its grand opening, Turning Stone has announced a hiring event on September 26 from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Exit 33 Atrium to staff the new venue.
