The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Naples man following a traffic stop in the area of State Route 251 and State Route 96 in Victor.
Deputies charged Jaraslaw Hyz, 66, with driving while intoxicated.
A welfare check is what prompted the traffic stop, at which point deputies determined he was intoxicated.
He was issued citations and will answer the charges at a later date.
