The Wayne County Office of the Sheriff announced the arrest of a Sodus resident following a domestic incident investigation in the Town of Sodus.
Carnall Marayne, 46, of Sodus, faces charges for obstructing governmental administration.
Authorities allege that Marayne became confrontational during the inquiry, leading to a physical altercation as he tried to hinder deputies from their duties.
After his arrest, Marayne was processed at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and later released with an appearance ticket. He is expected to respond to the charge in the Sodus Town Court at a later date.
