The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Sodus man after an investigation at a vacant apartment.
A neighbor filed a complaint with law enforcement noting they heard noise coming from the apartment.
Deputies responded, investigating a possible burglary, finding 58-year-old Ronnie Wright.
The Sodus resident is accused of entering and remaining inside the apartment illegally. He did not have permission of the owner to be inside.
He was charged with criminal trespass and will answer the charge at a later date.
