Raymond Spittler, a 53-year-old resident of Camillus, was taken into custody by New York State Police on Tuesday, August 29.
Spittler faces charges that include five counts each of Promoting Sexual Performance by a Child and Possession of Sexual Performance by a Child.
The arrest was made following a search of Spittler’s home, stemming from an investigation into the online transmission of child sexual exploitation material. Authorities are urging anyone with relevant information about Spittler to reach out to the New York State Police at 315-366-6000.
