The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office has reported the arrest of 28-year-old Jeremy J. Wagner on charges of public lewdness.
The charges stem from an incident that took place on August 7, when Wagner allegedly exposed himself to a female in a business parking lot located in the Village of Cato.
Wagner was processed at the Cayuga County Public Safety Building and subsequently released with a mandated appearance ticket.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Cato Court on August 21, 2023, at 6:00pm. The Sheriff’s Office encourages anyone with information about this incident or similar ones to reach out to Deputy Lawson at 315-253-1222. Tips can also be submitted anonymously at the Cayuga County website.
