The owner of Dimitri’s Pizzeria, Sotirios “Sam” Gotsis, 57, was arrested by New York State Police on August 4 following allegations of inappropriate contact with a minor.
Gotsis, from Auburn, is accused of forcibly touching a female under the age of 17 at his pizza shop on June 15.
He faces charges of forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child, both class A misdemeanors.
The Elbridge pizzeria, which originally launched in 2018 at Elbridge Plaza, inaugurated a new location on 1124 Route 5 this June.
Following his arrest, Gotsis was handed appearance tickets and is set to be present in Elbridge Town Court on Monday, Aug. 21 at 5 p.m.
