Deputies arrested a 26-year-old Rochester man following an investigation in Wayne County stemming from an incident in January.
On January 21 around 11:30 p.m. the Rustic Taco restaurant on Lake Road in Ontario was burglarized by two male suspects.
They entered the restaurant by breaking the glass front door and stole items inside before fleeing the area.
An investigation into the incident led to the arrest of Jesus Rodriguez, 26, of Emerson Street.
He turned himself in to deputies and was charged with one count of burglary, as well as petit larceny.
The investigation remains active and no additional information about the second suspect was immediately available.
Rodriquez will answer the charges at a later date.
