Steuben County has commenced an online auction featuring tax-foreclosed properties. The auction, which began on July 5, is scheduled to run until 12 p.m. on July 12. The event, hosted by Moyer Auction and Estate Co., sees a total of 98 assets, including residential properties, vacant lots, and commercial properties, up for sale.
Prospective bidders can access images of the foreclosed houses on the auction webpage. In the absence of photographs, the site provides a map detailing the location and approximate size of the property. All property details such as the deed fee, address, size, and value can be found by clicking on the individual lot pictures.
To participate, interested parties are required to create an account and register on Moyer’s website before placing a bid. The auction, held exclusively online, does not include deed fees in the bids.
