The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Walworth man following a domestic incident that happened late-Saturday.
Around 10:30 p.m. Kirtis Rothfuss, 47, was arrested for pushing and pinning down a victim – refusing to let them exit the room.
He was charged with one count of harassment, one count of forcible touching, and one count of unlawful imprisonment.
The charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
