State police arrested a Seneca Falls man for DWI after a checkpoint in the town of Waterloo.
Evan Schetrompf, 38, was arrested for DWI and other traffic violations after the stop on July 4.
According to police he was found to have a BAC over the legal limit.
Schetrompf will answer the charges at a later date in local court.
