Troopers arrested a 74-year-old for driving under the influence of drugs after a crash on State Route 415 in Avoca.
According to state police, Julie Lewis, 74, of Avoca was arrested after an investigation into the crash where she collided with a guide rail.
She was charged with DWAI drugs.
Lewis will answer the charge at a later date in local court.
