Deputies report the arrest of a Palmyra resident following a domestic incident that happened during the early-morning hours on Saturday.

Justin Stensrud, 38, for first-degree criminal contempt, criminal mischief, and harassment. The contempt charge is a felony count.

He’s accused of threatening to kill his father and damaging a door by kicking it. There was an active order of protection in place due to a previous incident.

Stensrud was arrested by deputies in Wayne County in May following a suspicious incident investigation at a Speedway gas station.

He was taken to the Wayne County Jail for arraignment and will answer the charges at a later date.
