Lyons woman arrested three times in 72 hours for trespassing, resisting in separate incidents

State police arrested a Lyons woman for trespassing following an investigation on Monday.


Julia Wirth, 51, of Lyons, who was arrested over the weekend twice for trespassing- was once again arrested for trespassing on Monday.

She trespassed on a Water Street property, then returned later and stole property from the building.

She was charged with petit larceny, resisting arrest, and criminal trespass.

Troopers say Wirth was taken to the Wayne County Jail for arraignment.
