There’s been an outcome in a local property damage case in Yates County.
Thirty-one Corey Steger from Dundee has been sentenced to six months in jail and five years probation after causing over $30,000 worth of damage to a rented property.
Yates County District Attorney Todd Casella reports that State Supreme Court Justice Jason Cook also ordered Steger to pay restitution to the property owner.
Steger had previously pleaded guilty to a felony charge of criminal mischief.
