The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of an Auburn duo following an investigation into trespassing in Tyre.
It happened at a residence on May 10, according to deputies, who said Robert Martin, 40, and Carl Bond, 35, both of Auburn were charged with criminal trespass, petit larceny, and conspiracy.
The two are accused of trespassing at a residential property in the town of Tyre and taking items from that location.
Additional information was not released.
The two Auburn residents were arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date.
