Deputies arrested a Savannah resident following an investigation into a crash that happened on State route 89 over the weekend.
On Saturday, around 7 p.m. deputies arrested William Hand, 567, of Savannah for one count of DWI, and one count of aggravated DWI.
The charges stem from an investigation into a crash that happened when Hand was intoxicated. He was asked to participate in field sobriety tests at the scene, and failed.
He was found to have a BAC of 0.18%.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
