Police arrested a Fairport man in the city of Canandaigua after an incident at a South Main Street business in mid-April.
Following investigation, Andrew Thomson, 57, of Fairport was charged with reckless endangerment following a ‘harassment incident’ where he struck a woman in the parking lot behind a store with his vehicle.
The store was identified as Rent-A-Center.
Details of the victim’s condition were not released.
The reckless endangerment charge will be answered at a later date.
