The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 31-year-old Seneca Falls man following an investigation that started earlier this year.
According to a news release, Jared LeBlanc, 31, of Seneca Falls was arrested for two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and criminal impersonation.
It is alleged that LeBlanc initiated and engaged in inappropriate text conversations with two minor females. It is also alleged that during the course of one of the conversations, LeBlanc impersonated another person in efforts to further the conversation.
He was arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date.
Orders of protection were requested on behalf of the victim.
