A shooting occurred at the intersection of South Corn Street and Cleveland Avenue in the City of Ithaca on Monday a little before 1 p.m.
The Tompkins County 911 Center received multiple calls reporting shots fired, and Ithaca Police units promptly responded to the scene.
Multiple witnesses were interviewed by the officers, and it was determined that the shooting occurred between two individuals walking and at least one person in a vehicle.
However, no injured parties were found on the scene, and all those involved had fled the area before the arrival of the police.
Officers located and secured evidence from the incident. Police are urging anyone with information regarding the incident to contact them.
