Waterloo police officer promoted to sergeant

The Waterloo Police Department has promoted Officer Michael Felice to the rank of Sergeant.

With over a decade of law enforcement experience, Sgt. Felice is certified in various roles, including Police Instructor, Fire Investigator, Evidence Technician, and a member of the Critical Incident Team.


In addition to his law enforcement expertise, Sgt. Felice is also a U.S. Army Veteran and teaches at the Finger Lakes Law Enforcement Academy.

The promotion recognizes Sgt. Felice’s dedication and hard work as a member of the Waterloo Police Department, and his new role will allow him to take on greater responsibilities within the department.
