Deputies say they are investigating a motor vehicle accident that happened in the town of Sodus on February 28th that resulted in multiple injuries.
Cathy Jo Richardson, 53, of Greece entered the intersection of Ridge and Kelly roads around 1:50 p.m. while traveling south after stopping at a stop sign.
Her vehicle collided with another, operated by Kyle Stark, 56, of Sodus, who was traveling west on Ridge Road.
Richardson and another passenger were sent to Newark Wayne Community Hospital for back and head injuries. She was also ticketed for failing to yield the right of way.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Featherly’s Towing, Alton Fire Department, Wallington Fire Department, Sodus Town Ambulance, and East Williamson Ambulance.
