The Buffalo Sabres have acquired forward Jordan Greenway from the Minnesota Wild in exchange for a 2023 second-round pick and a 2024 fifth-found pick, the teams announced Friday afternoon.
Greenway, 26, is under contract at $3 million per season through 2025, and his deal includes an eight-team no-trade list in the final year of his contract.
The 6-foot-6, 231-pound winger has 119 points (38+81) in 317 career NHL games over six seasons.
Greenway played under Sabres head coach Don Granato on the U.S. National Team Development Program Under-18 team in 2014-15.
