Deputies arrested a Sodus man twice following a domestic incident on February 16th.
James Wright Jr., 26, of Sodus was charged with felony assault, criminal mischief, obstruction, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
It’s alleged that Wright kicked in a door to an apartment and entered the residence. He then physically resisted officers attempts to take him into custody, resulting in the injury of onedeputy.
New York State Police were called to assist.
Wright was also charged with criminal mischief stemming from an incident last fall.
He’s accused of damaging a vehicle during a separate incident.
Wright was processed at the Wayne County Jail. The charges will be answered at a later date.
