Prosecutors say a 36-year-old from Ontario County who already faces sex abuse charges has been arrested on new ones.
Eric Passalacqua, 36, of Phelps is accused of exchanging child pornography with a person in Alaska.
A search of his home turned up a cell phone that showed Passalacqua abusing a child, and other child porn.
The search took place on January 24th, just four days after the FBI was alerted by investigators about the exchange in Alaska.
If convicted on the new child pornography charges Passalacqua faces 15-30 years in prison.
