Deputies report the arrest of a Rochester woman for driving under the influence after a traffic stop on State Route 96 in the town of Victor.
According to a news release, Laura Lynn Britton, 52, of Rochester was charged with DWI and other traffic violations after being observed traveling 48 mph in a 30 mph zone.
The traffic stop was initially conducted for speeding, but deputies found after investigation she was intoxicated.
She was charged with DWI and will answer the charge at a later date.
