No headlights leads to DWAI charge for Bloomfield woman

On January 15th around 12:20 a.m. deputies arrested a Bloomfield driver in the town of Victor following a traffic stop.

Shelby Lynn Bailey, 28, was stopped on Route 96 for operating without headlights.

Deputies say Bailey was found to have been in an impaired state.

She was issued appearance tickets for DWAI drugs and alcohol.

The charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
