Deputies arrested a Bloomfield man following an investigation at the Canandaigua Walmart.
According to a news release, Brandon Lester, age 33, of Bloomfield was found to have used his brother’s driver’s license to make a return for store merchandise.
He committed crimes of criminal impersonation and identity theft as result.
He was taken into custody and will answer the charges at a later date.
